Delete Your Account

You request permanent deletion of your Casting Studio account directly in the mobile app. We complete every request within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Steps to delete your account

  1. 1 Open the Casting Studio app on your device.
  2. 2 Tap your profile icon and go to Settings.
  3. 3 Select Privacy Settings.
  4. 4 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. 5 Read the notice, then confirm to send your deletion request.

What happens to your data

Once your request is sent, we permanently delete your account, profile, photos, videos and casting history within 30 days, and we email you a confirmation as soon as it is done. Until then your account keeps working as usual: sending the request does not suspend it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and there is no restoration period. Records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting data, are retained only for as long as the law requires.

Facebook, Instagram and Messenger data

If you wrote to a Facebook Page or Instagram account served by Agent CS, email [email protected] with the Page name and your name or Instagram handle. We delete your messages and Meta identifiers within 30 days and confirm by email. Page administrators can disconnect Agent CS at any time in Facebook Settings > Business Integrations; we then delete the access tokens at once and the Page’s messages and comments within 30 days.
